Sun-Loungers is a company registered in the Republic of Türkiye (TR). We supply our products exclusively to business clients (B2B). Sales to consumers are not permitted.

No Right of Return or Withdrawal

There is no statutory or contractual right of return. Contract cancellation, exchange or return is generally excluded.

Exception: Damaged or defective goods

If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately upon receipt, including photographic documentation, via:

Upon review, and within the scope of applicable commercial law in Türkiye, we may offer replacement, repair, or refund.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
